My account creation has been in this state for hours. I was under the impression this would be completed in minutes, even though the DNS may take a few days to complete. I don’t care about the DNS at the moment, but I can’t get on with the creation of the website (even though it won’t be publicly available) until the account creation is finished.

That is usually a pretty quick process, but sometimes takes a little longer when the server is fairly busy.

It looks like your subdomain is working now, so if its still showing “We’re setting up your account…” then maybe try refreshing the screen and see if that fixes it :slight_smile:
