years before my wessite was on your severs, but a few months ago it somehow lost… anyway, i made a new site and i want to use my own domain for it - but the system thinks it is still use by an other account… I used it, - but i had to create a new account, because the old one somehow deleted…

Years ago, I created a page on this server with my own domain name (fotokzg.com) connected to it. It worked good for years…
But this website disappeared for some reason.
My account was completely empty - so I created a new account.
Now it does not allow me to pair it with my old own domain name - because it says that it is already in use…But i was, who used it, with the earlier site, what is not exist anymore as i see…So, what can i do?

You’re indeed correct in that the website appears to have disappeared. We have had a few unfortunate incidents on our hosting over the years that resulted in the complete loss of all files of some accounts, and it’s likely that your account fell victim of this too.
However, you must understand that the account itself is still there. Only the files were lost, but all databases, settings, and - very importantly - any domain assignments are still there.
So there is no need to create a new account to create a website on your domain. The old account is still there, completely healthy and ready for you to setup your website on it.
If you would rather set it up on your new account, that’s fine too. But then you must manually remove the domains from the old account first, to be able to add them to the new account.
