I want to host my subdomain with Infinityfree but I’m unable to do so. I don’t want to add nameservers as my main domain is directing to other provider.
Please help.

You need to…at least temporarily until domain is added to hosting acct.
From there you can create subdomain. Remember to add A/CNAME record for subdomain before switching back to other provider
