“InfinityFree provides free subdomains so you can launch your website instantly at no cost. If you already own a domain name, you can also connect your custom domain with ease. Each user can create up to three hosting accounts, and within every hosting account, you can host and manage multiple subdomains.

Example:

  • Account 1myproject.epizy.com with subdomains like blog.myproject.epizy.com and shop.myproject.epizy.com
  • Account 2 → Custom domain myname.com with subdomains like blog.myname.com and store.myname.com
  • Account 3anotherproject.rf.gd with subdomains like test.anotherproject.rf.gd

This setup gives you flexibility to run different projects, use free domains, or connect your own domain—all under one InfinityFree account.”

Don’t give false instructions please.

Such domains are not possible

Neither is this, epizy.com no longer accepts new subdomains.

Domains are domains, as you can see in the panel.

First of all, it’s not a “free trial”. The services are fundamentally different that you cannot use one to evaluate another.

For subdomains, the domains that shows up only in this interface are the common subdomains that iFastNet enables across the entire reseller system, while those shows up in both places are domains that InfinityFree owns.

For custom domains there’s a handy article How to add your own domain to your account.

Like how you would use the other domain.

Like how the other domain works. There’s not really something different than you would imagine.

The subdomains you added after the account creation will have a different folder for it, if you really want a difference to keep in mind.

so if user click on any of the website it redirect to the same site ? and what is main domain not working like infy.uk so user click on best.net it won’t work either ?

best.net one works, infy.uk doesn’t.

Your domain

is ready!

This page is loaded from the directory swpaste.is-best.net/htdocs of your InfinityFree hosting account. So you are ready to set up your website!

so i need to upload files of [swpaste.infy.uk] in swpaste.is-best.net/htdocs , can’t it work like it show swpaste.infy.uk directory ? is yes how ?

Every subdomain on your account gets it’s own directory which means they can each host a different website. If you want to move a website from one subdomain to another, you’ll need to do at least this to move the files:

domain inside a domain is not a subdomain ( .free.nf also a domain ) thought it create a folder in the .infy.uk still it’s a diff domain ?

these are subdomain which is not possible on infintyfree ?

i have already reached the limit of three hosting accounts!
now you guys give option to add domain inside a domain and which have their own directory at this rate i can create unlimited domain and used them ( it can also cause abuse to free service )
this is what i’m thinking , please guide me if i’m wrong ( just got confused )

Hosting accounts are hosting accounts.

Which makes me think that you mistake hosting accounts as “domains”. They are different things, and all domains belong to a hosting account regardless when and where you create them on the platform.

Domains are all different. They can be linked to the same hosting account, but the domains themselves don’t belong to each other.

And free subdomains domains will have different folders. The folders, again, are inside the hosting account, they are not inside the “infy.uk” even if that’s what you created the account with.

That’s the neat part, you can’t. While you can create an unlimited number of subdomain on your own domain, the amount of free subdomains are limited to 50.

I think there’s also a rate limit on how many free subdomains you can create in a single day, but I don’t know what exactly the limit is.

You can assign “unlimited” domains to a single account, but there are fair usage limits to prevent abuse.

Also, please keep in mind that all other limits, like disk space, inodes and hits, are limited per account, not per domain. And you’ll probably run into some of those if you try to setup a large number of websites on a single account.

I learned that you don’t actually provide full domains—you provide subdomains in the format subdomain.domain.tld.
So the hosting accounts are also based on subdomains.

In my case, swpaste.infy.uk (the hosting account) is my main subdomain.
Under this, is-best.net works as a subdomain of that subdomain.
Both share the same files in the htdocs folder.

It’s up to the user how they want to use is-best.net—they can create an entirely new site or simply use the same site as swpaste.infy.uk.

Also, when I contacted the ad network, they confirmed that the ad code provided for swpaste.infy.uk will also work for its subdomains.
“This is everything I came to know.”

No, you still don’t understand.

The swpaste.infy.uk is the main subdomain of your hosting account. But xxx.is-best.net is a seperate domain. It’s not a subdomain of swpaste.infy.uk. Nor do they have the same folder.

They are both inside the same hosting account, but the domains themselves have absolutely no relation.

This is just false, from head to tails. Hosting accounts are not based on subdomains, subdomains and custom domains are tied to hosting accounts. The relation that you are thinking right now is in the completely opposite direction.

There is a main subdomain for a hosting account, yes, but that doesn’t mean the hosting account is based on that domain, at least not in the way you might have imagined.

I want to remind you thats ince xxx.is-best.net is not a subdomain of swpaste.infy.uk, ad code for swpaste.infy.uk will not work for xxx.is-best.net according to how I understand your ad networks response.

I made you a picture, hope you can understand it now

Oh, I understand now!
A subdomain for swpaste.infy.uk will be something like new.swpaste.infy.uk !
And each of them is a unique website

That’s pretty much it, but do note that sub-subdomains like new.swpaste.infy.uk are no longer supported, and thinking of when you created the hosting account, you may not even create such a subdomain.

That would technically be a sub-subdomain (because it’s a subdomain of a subdomain) which isn’t supported by InfinityFree’s platform. You may see older sites that have them, but they were only ever possible because of a glitch which has since been fixed.
