Need help linking a domain to discord

Recently I found a way to connect a domain in discord through the “Connection” tab in the settings page. However it is not possible to do it as the file needs to be in the home directory of a domain. Does anyone have any idea how to connect it

To access the connections page you;

Go to Discord (or the discord app) → Settings (gear icon near the profile) → Connections (on the left side)

Then click on the more button and the globe icon or “Domain”.

I’m not sure, but I think.this might be relevant

Unfortunately not possible on free hosting as TXT records are not supported and non-browsers cannot access files.
