Are you trying to set nameservers? Can you follow the template, please?
You should only need to provide ns1.epizy.com and ns2.epizy.com for nameservers. Make sure you are setting your nameservers with your domain registrar, and not a third party, or it won’t work.
You shouldn’t enter anything there, because it’s the wrong form.
You need to change the nameservers of your domain. That is not the same as changing the DNS Records of your domain.
I recognize the page design as Namecheap. Am I correct?
