Nameserver failed for 5 days

Hey,

so I’m trying to add a costum domain to the website (http://Heimatplanet.infinityfreeapp.com)

For days I am getting the same error: Please verify your domain name!
Please choose only one, you cannot use both methods at the same time.

I checked on several DNS-tracking websites, all are showing me the requested ns1./ ns2. servers - my account is an ifO account, so this should also be right.

I cleared the DNS settings of my windows laptop, restarted the internet and tried it with a new infinityfree account.

Any ideas how i can make infinityfree to do anoter check on the Nameservers or other ways I can make it work?

Just need a little bit of information (or screenshots) just to help fully understand the error and help you

So your custom domain, who’s the registrar you got the domain from?
can you take a screenshot of the name server settings for the domain?
and can you take a screenshot of the exact error message your getting just so we can see where it is ect?

Thanks Dan , so the registrar is ionos.de

I registered the new nameservers on sunday, since then it still shows up the regular (old) settings of ionos… I checked it on nslookup and dns checker, both were updated til tuesday.

Alright guys, thanks a lot.
I alredy verified with CNAME, so now i changed the nameservers at Ionos again.
Hopefully it will work out within the next days, otherwise I’ll be back soon
