Did you check the MySQL Databases section in your control panel?
Yes, I checked MySQL Database section in cPanel. But I checked If I use softaculous app installer to create new wordpress site, softaculous create database with database name, password different than these in MySQL Database section in cPanel. Why? What database data must use?

Again, check the database details in the MySQL Databases section. Those are the details you should use. You can ignore everything else.
Actually I have the same issue:
I moved a WP website from one account to the other and now I am stuck with the DB connection error.
In the MySQL Database section it says that the password is the same as the cPanel. However I cannot find the cPanel password anywhere (the Hosting Account Password does not work)

The hosting account password should work. At least, that’s the password you should use. Are you sure the username and hostname are correct as well?
