When I am trying to choose “MySQL Databases” in the “Account” page, I receive this message. When I choose to go to the “Control Panel” page, the page does not load at all.

I don’t know why it didn’t work for you, but it seems to be fixed now. Do you still experience this issue?

Many account management features in the client area use the control panel under the hood. So if the control panel is down, the client area features won’t work either.
