MySQL Database missing in control panel

In the client area (account epiz_32908264), my database is missing.
The database is working and the site is connecting to it correctly, but I don’t know how to administrate it.
In the statistics for MySQL Databases it says (nothing)/Unlimited
Is there any known problems with this right now or any suggestions how to solve it from my end?

In the control panel, what do you see if you select the “PHPMyAdmin” option?

Also, can you share the MySQL host name on your account? (sqlxxx.epizy.com)

If the database counter doesn’t show any values and the list of databases is empty, it usually means that the database server is down.

There isn’t anything you can do except for wait for it to be fixed.
