MySQL database created but not showing in the list

The system confirmed that my database was created successfully, but it is still missing from the database list in my control panel.

I have refreshed the page and logged in again, but the problem remains.

  • Most people answering here are volunteers. They’re often the fastest source of help. Admin (the only staff member) checks in about once a day for issues on our end.
  • Volunteers can’t see your account or website. Share what you actually see, like error messages and what happens when you try something. That’s more useful than your theory of what’s wrong.
  • AI tools often get InfinityFree wrong. If a volunteer’s advice differs from what an AI told you, please try the volunteer’s suggestion first.
  • Solving an issue is a joint effort. Try the suggestions you get and report back what happened.

I looked at your account, and it really has no MySQL databases on it. So if0_43310325_bilimlarolami isn’t missing from the list because of a display problem. It isn’t there, even though the panel said it was created. I can’t fix that, and neither can you from the control panel, so a person needs to have a look.

The control panel confirmed that the database was created successfully, but it does not appear in my account.

I’m sorry for the delay in investigating this.

There was an issue with database server sql209, where databases on that server could be viewed by the members area or control panel.

The databases themselves still exist, and websites that were already set up could still use them, but viewing them in the members area or control panel did not work.

Creating databases also did not work, and any databases you may have attempted to create were not created, despite the panel saying the creation was successful. That issue is also resolved, so please try again now to create the database.
