same! i think there’s a problem now.

Ok first and most important question for both of you, are your sites still working?

yep, but we can’t access the database. we’ve already tried multiple devices and multiple accounts.

Ok, so the good news is that if your site is still working, then the databases are still there and working, its just the connection between the dashboard and the database server thats being a pain.

In that case all we can really do is wait for Admin to log in next and let us know whats happening.

That said, it could be a temporary glitch and will fix itself in due course too

There was an issue with the client area resulting in some of the dynamic components not working. That issue has just been fixed, so everything should now be working again!
