Mysql admin wont connect ERR_TOO_MANY_REDIRECTS

please someone help me to fix this issue i don’t know what is causing this problem i just started yesterday on infinity Free and yesterday i was able to access my phpmyadmin

Try to access it from the “MySQL databases” section of the Control Panel, by clicking on “phpMyAdmin” on the database you want to manage. If it doesn’t work try to:

  • Open it in an incognito window;
  • Change browsers;
  • Clear cookies and cache.

All checked, none is working with me.

Maybe the database permissions got messed somehow. Wait until the Admin checks them and reports whenever he’s got access to it and fixed the database permissions (if they were messed up).

I was thinking to go with this hosting but now I have my doubts. :neutral_face:

Your phpMyAdmin is working fine from here. Can you please try to open the control panel and phpMyAdmin in private browsing mode to verify this isn’t some cache or cookie related issue?

In private browsing is working.

Now is working in normal browsing too.
