MyBB Sql Error

I have created a forum using MyBB, it works fine sometimes when browsing, however suddenly I get an error called “MyBB SQL Error: 2002 Connection Refused Query: Unable to connect to MySQL Server”

I’m using the free infinityFree plan

I’m using MyBB and my FTP Client is FileZilla

Very strange, I clicked through your website and once every dozen page views or so, I get the same error page. Other requests are nice and snappy, so I’m quite sure it’s not a bloated website which can’t handle the load.

I’ve asked a server admin to look into this.
