when i open my website, it’s gone and directs me to “install wordpress” page as if i’m installing it all over!!
the issue happened before but after a while it got fixed and the site is back working, now it happened again!
It’s dangerous as now anyone with the domain could just go and install new wordpress on my website!!!
update: now it’s back working again. but it’s keep going back and forth!
have you made any recent changes to your site that might be triggering this?
I’d recommend taking a backup now to make sure that noting untoward happens
i did nothing, it’s all normal editing like adding new products to the store!
WordPress will direct you to the installation wizard if the wp-config.php file is missing, or the database it refers to is empty.
Did you migrate this website from somewhere else? If so, please make sure the database settings in your wp-config.php file are correct.

If it’s actually a suspension then there’s not much we can do for you. Either a permanent one or a temporary one.

I made a ticket and they closed it without any explanation or replay.
they also closed it so that i can’t replay anymore. could anyone here resolve that?
You should be able to open another ticket. Sometimes when they think there’s an extreme rule violation they’ll close a ticket without replying, but it could also just as well be a mistake.
I’m afraid not. Nobody on the forum, including the admin, can do anything about a suspended account. Only the ticket staff can handle them.
