My website suddenly showing error 403, and files are missing

suddenly my website started throwing 403- access denied error. yesterday i was working on the site that time it was working. but today received this error.
while checking the account manager, URL status is active
but when gone to filemanager, all the files were missing.
whats the problem unable to understand.

same thing happened to mine. all files under the htdocs folder are missing

need help please on how to retrieve them…

I’m sorry for not communicating about this issue before.

It seems like something happened to hosting volumes vol1_7 and vol1_8. I don’t know yet what exactly happened, or if there is any chance your website files can be recovered.

I’ve created an outage topic about this. I will update it as soon as I know more.
