Hello, my website eventia.xo.je stopped working today. It was working normally yesterday and I didn’t change anything.
My account is active (if0_40946609), files are present, resource usage is normal, DNS resolves to 185.27.134.150, but both HTTP and HTTPS return ERR_CONNECTION_TIMED_OUT.
My event is this Sunday and more than 350 guests are already using this link and the QR codes. Could someone please check the routing or server for my account (vol1_2) as soon as possible? Thank you.

When I view your site, It directs to a 403 page. meaning DNS has resolved. Now the 403 is another problem. but lets sort the DNS one first

Is it possible your ISP have started blocking the .xo.je domain? Try changing your DNS resolver to 1.1.1.1 or using a device on a different network

and as a heads up. this is a commuinity forum so we cant “check the routing or server” as we have no more access than you do.

An ERR_CONNECTION_TIMED_OUT suggests a connection issue, and that usually doesn’t indicate a DNS issue.

A connection issue can usually have one of two reasons:

  • Your IP address got flagged on our end for abnormal traffic, and was blocked. If so, this issue should only affect you, and you should be able to access your website again tomorrow.
  • Your network administrator, ISP or antivirus software has designated our IP address as harmful and has blocked access to it.

Regardless, you should be able to bypass this with a VPN. Could you please try to check your website through a VPN?
