My website keeps going down because of ssl certifiate error

Sometimes it works fine the next it gives this error, Does anyone know how to solve it ?

Or

This site can’t provide a secure connection
ibstertech.epizy.com sent an invalid response.
ERR_SSL_PROTOCOL_ERROR

And then later it works fine and then repeats over again. I didn’t use to get this error.
atm it is working but when it goes down what am I supposed to do? its 5:54 GMT+10 atm.

idk it doesn’t work when I don’t use it in non-incognito mode.
