My website is still suspended.

I removed my account because I switched hosting and it seems that the dns won’t update. https://www.altaryix.com

Looks like cache issue, working fine for me, please note that changes may need up to 48-72 hours to propagate new DNS.

it does that, it shows the site and later it goes back to the suspended domain

As I checked your domain while was writing first answer — your domain no more related to InfinityFree so we unable to help you since you do not using this service no more

That’s because you removed the domain name from your hosting account. If the domain name is not assigned to your account, it will not serve a website from your account.

To fix this, please change your domain name back to our nameservers, add the domain name to your account and then don’t touch any domain settings.

But i don’t want the hosting to be associated any longer with infinity free i’m sorry

Your domain is pointing to cloudflare and I can’t see if you’re using A(or CNAME) record that points to InfinityFree. If you want to switch hosting — remove domain from your account and switch nameservers to their ones

That’s perfectly fine. But then you have to decide who you want to host your domain name instead, and find out how you get your domain name set up with them.

my domain is removed from infinityfree i’ve since been using a new host but it just keeps showing the suspension for everyone

They need to clear their browser's cache by pressing Ctrl+F5

@HumbleTyrant so you saying you have checked his domain and you don’t see suspendeddomain as I, he, his friends dled? Nice help from you.

@Mystical can you provide Cloudflare DNS settings so I make sure I know the IP that your domain points to and check if it’s not InfinityFree server.

Then maybe you should ask your new host why your website doesn't work? If your website is no longer being hosted on InfinityFree, why are you asking us why your website is broken?

I'd love to help you, but I can't do so if you don't (and don't intend to) host your website with us.

I’ll switch back to you guys then

Now that I have set up everything, it started working for a while but shows a 404 error.

It looks like your domain name is pointing to both Cloudflare's nameservers and to ours, and Cloudflare's nameservers respond with the wrong IP address for your domain.

It's recommended to only use one set of nameservers at the time for a domain. You can use either Cloudflare's nameservers (if you can configure them correctly) or use our nameservers (which are configured correctly by default).

It’s fine i just got a new domain and everything’s fine now
