My website is showing some DNS problem

Dear InfinityFree Support Team,

I am writing to report an issue with my domain awasthikaushal.com.np, which is currently not working.

It has been more than 48 hours, and when I try to open the website, I receive the following error: “DNS address could not be found (DNS_PROBE_POSSIBLE).”

Additionally, in my hosting account dashboard, I see the message: “Your domain name is not pointing to our server. Your domain name does not have valid DNS records set up.”

I would like to clarify that I have not made any changes to the nameservers. They are still set as:

ns1.infinityfree.com

ns2.infinityfree.com

Given this situation, I would appreciate your help with the following:

Identifying the exact cause of the issue

Guidance on how to fix it

An estimated time required for resolution

There’s an issue affecting .com.np domain names right now. All you can do is wait for the underlying issue to be fixed.

domain name is not pointing to our server!

I checked the issue and it seems that our nameservers are just not responding at all to lookups of your domain name. I think that this is an issue on our end, it affects other com.np domains too, and we had a similar case in the past with web.id domains. I’ve reported the issue upstream so they can look into it.

The DNS block has been lifted so website is start working again.
