Hello Guys,

I am facing a serious issue with my website. My website is not running properly. Sometimes it works fine but sometimes not. I am sharing you my website URL below.

Error Message: " Error establishing a database connection"

It’s an e-commerce website. i installed the Astra theme to it. I had so much trouble installing this theme yesterday. But today, i am getting this error.

Please help me on this.

I am getting the same error with both mybb and phpbb. Not sure why but I think the issue might be host related.

Your site is on the database server SQL212 too, for which we get more complaints about sporadic database connection issues.

So far, we haven’t been able to pinpoint the issue yet.
