Your servers went down for a full day then the day after you suspended mine for a full 24 hrs then it came back it worked a full day and today it is not working for no reason!!!
Error message “took a long time to respond.” ? so you are costing us money?!!

Can you…
Tell us why you were suspended
Try using FileZilla if you are no longer suspended
Supply the IP of your account (From the Client Area)

I am testing the whole website in order to clear any errors or bugs before upgrading to premium and I cannot do that properly because of error repetitions!
FileZilla didn’t work.

Also the FTP shows an error: Cannot read line from socket
