Given both YouTube premium and chat gpt have a no resale policy… I’m afraid reselling gifts for them is not legit, unless you have a reseller licence.
But that aside, abuse just means against the T&C’s not necessarily anything dodgy and illegal
I understand that some products listed on my website may not comply with your Terms of Service. I am willing to permanently remove any such products or content. I kindly request one opportunity to regain access to my account or obtain a backup of my files so that I can bring the website into full compliance with your policies.

Account suspensions are not handled on the forum, for the fact that no one can. Yes not even the Admin.
I already submitted an appeal but for hours i am waiting for a reply. I am losing my sales because of this.

You will just have to wait. Keeping asking here won’t speed it up or change anything. None of us (not even admin) have any control over the process.
I’m afraid that won’t get you any sympathy. If the site is that important, then you should be more careful about the T&C’s.
Please be aware that if they consider the abuse to be serious (such as illegal content) they may close your support ticket without reply.
If you think that your ticket has simply been missed, you can reply to the ticket yourself. But that will put you to the end of the queue again.
There’re two possible explanations:
Your account was suspended because you’re selling premium accounts for ChatGPT, YouTube Premium, Canva and similar services.
Basically none of these services have official resale programs. It’s technically possible to create accounts yourself and sell the credentials, but that violates the terms of nearly all of these services, which on its own is sufficient reason for us to take down your site.
Beyond that, sites like this are often associated with fraud. The accounts are sometimes stolen or purchased with stolen payment information, and sellers sometimes rugpull buyers by cancelling the subscription after the sale or issuing a chargeback. I can’t say how you obtained these accounts or why you’re doing this, but it adds further red flags. Either way, this isn’t something we can host.

Account suspension is not handled through the forum. NOBODY you are talking with right now have the ability to respond to tickets or reactivate accounts.
If you have an excuse or a request, say that in your ticket. Not here.
The issue isn’t a specific piece of content on the site, it’s the purpose of the site itself. Reselling these accounts is the entire business, so there’s nothing to remove that would make it acceptable. This isn’t a case where editing a few pages resolves the problem.
We do not want to host this website under any circumstances, and so the account will not be reactivated.
If you have another idea for a website that doesn’t violate our terms, feel free to setup a new account.
It’s not that deep, your website files aren’t deleted, you can always remake it to something that’s compliant with the ToS
When an account is suspended, everything about that account is suspended, including the FTP, so there’s no way to access the files, or remove the domain from the account
