My website is not loading or not working

I was working on a web application in that one of the feature i wanted to use is mkdir() and i was verified that it is supported function

mkdir() is a supported function

To test that i was trying to take test application I have written a code to test that is it able to create a folder or directory using mkdir() function. but after using that my website has down, I have checked that is my account suspended but it shows account is active. can anyone please check that website. I have tested on different browsers too but no loading. showing error

Yes now it is opening. thanks for checking. but it took so long to open website. actually it worked before after using that function it started showing error took so long. Do you have any idea,

It appears that the website IP your site is on had some stability issues yesterday. Even though the actual downtime was only very short, there may have been longer periods of poor performance.

It seems to be stable now though.
