when I try to open my site (https://haikalfikri.com) my site instead displays a timeout error page. What happened to my site, is the infinityfree server I am using having a problem?

There is no need. This whole incident was caused by a Hacker DDoSing a website 3 times in the same week. Like @Ergastolator1 said, it will most likely be activated in a day or two.
