For me it works; for you there are caching issues or the IP is blacklisted, so try removing cookies and cache or try to reboot the router to get a new IP.
Not long ago the ban was opened and released and you will see an hour later it will be banned by infinityfree
Then install a caching plugin. Caching plugins are known to optimize all the files and not generate new ones while a visitor goes into the website, causing the website to be much faster and not causing CPU spikes while customizing the website. Remember after customizing the website to purge the cached files!
I recommend what I see on the first result (aka Autoptimize). It can help you optimize HTML, CSS, JavaScript, images and Google Fonts (if there are).
Remove the .maintenance file from the htdocs folder via a file manager or FTP client, then download the plugin from here, extract it on your computer and upload the autoptimize folder on htdocs/wp-content/plugins/ with an FTP client.
Now, click on the Autoptimize settings, and tick to optimize HTML, CSS and JS, save and go to the “Images” tab to tick the image optimization and serving via a CDN, selecting “Lossy” from the dropdown, and save the changes on all the settings.
Now click on the “Autoptimize” thing you see on top of the wp-admin, and click on a button to clear the cache. Then you will be done!

Google Ads don’t suspend your website. There is absolutely nothing with the code as far as I know, except that the white spaces will be removed from the HTML and all CSS and some JavaScript files will be in one file. Even the images will be optimized by a CDN, so you will get faster load times and no CPU spikes at all!

I have another problem it is the facebook has blocked my site omer1986.com, cause I published the link of the movie, there was sexy ads on this movie, therefore, the facebook had blocked my site, then I soon removed this movie from my site, now what should I do to reopen the ban?
Send an unblocking request to Facebook saying you removed that Content on your website.
I did many times but they don’t answer to me

I waited a week but they did not respond to me
