i got evicted in June and lost all access to my Email and everything because i could not access my Computers and i was Homeless. i created that website for my Friend who is a disabled Musician, and there are no backups for the html. all that hard work is now lost. the Site was deleted on June the 26th which is cryptically funny because i was evicted only days earlier! i know what your Policies are; but i am BEGGING YOU, PLEASE try to restore my Website. i am beside myself with anguish and i dont know what to do. PLEASE HELP. im sorry i let it go dormant, it honestly wasnt my fault. PLEASE PLEASE HELP.

Policy has nothing to do with it. When contents are deleted from InfinityFree’s servers (either by your action or their’s) it really is truly deleted. So if your client area says the site is deleted, then I’m sorry to say that there’s nothing that can be done.

I really wish there was something that could be done to help you. Once a site has been deleted its gone.
That means it has been suspended for 30 days prior. And hadn’t had 5 hits in the month prior to that.
Unfortunately, at this point your only option if you don’t have your own backup is to start over
