Other Information

This is my first time posting a topic on a forum.
I really need help for my website right now, it is my university project website to create an e-commerce. I am currently edit it with elementor and adding a product for a demo and suddenly at 13:50 PM 07/07/2025 it got suspended because of phising???

I don’t know what to do to regain access quickly, I have submitted the report ticket, but i really need to access it and finish the project because the deadline for this project is actually tomorrow at 08/07/2025 Morning monday. I could only finish this project right now only, and if not i’m down for 0 gradess.

Please any advice for this issues. I hope the infinityfree admin also could help check the domain, if there’s anything wrong with it, i will fix it right away. I was just one step away from finishing the e-commerce..

I don’t know where that message is from, but it is not from us. Your account was suspended (again) because you are stressing the database server too much.

This message could be from your university’s network filter. If so, there is nothing we can do about that. Please contact your university’s IT department to get this false positive removed.

I see I see, Ok thanks for replying, so it is because the website is stressing the database too much. I think theres too much content on my website, im using elementor to edit the element and i’m not really used to it. I’m really sorry if my website had stressed the server.

Also, about the error message, i don’t know where is it coming from but i’m sure it’s not from my university. I’m hosting it in your server (infinityfree) and theres no any connection with my university IT network, Im sure.

here’s the error image that maybe could help

When i clicked learn more, it directs me to cloudflare articles, talking about how website get phised by hacker? anyway here’s the article i meant: https://www.cloudflare.com/learning/access-management/phishing-attack/

And Admin of Infinity Free, i have submitted the ticket for my suspended website (zenso.rf.gd). Is it possible for it to be reactivated again immediately? like 3-6 hours.. Tbh, Im really worried because i need this website to be presented at class tomorrow morning. And this my end term too, i couldnt afford making new websites in 1 day, it wouldnt be fully finished if i did. I could only rely by your replies here.

Thank you

Look at the URL carefully, it’s not even your website.
The suspended page has a somewhat bad track record and thus gets blocked by Cloudflare (which is what it runs on) by default. Once your account gets reactivated, the message will be gone too.

I see, thank you for your reply, I think there is some kind of bug of something.

And hey good news! My web has been reactivated!

Thank you for your help and Admin that has reactivated my web. I Thought i’m going to go make another web for this project, god I was so frustrated.

Once again, thanks a lot !!!

Elementor is a very demanding plugin to the point that InfinityFree’s hosting doesn’t technically meet the requirements for it. It’s known for overloading accounts and triggering suspensions. Unless a school project specifically requires Elementor, then next time I’d recommend just using the Gutenberg editor instead.

Also it would be a good idea for you to back up your site, just in case it gets suspended again before you have to submit your project.

Yeah, I agree, It always load so much time just to change the elements and edit a block or something. My college teacher recommend me to use this plug in, so i tried it right away.

Thanks for the recommndation! I will try this plug in later and back up my project. It stressed me out because I, myself isn’t that familiar with online things. I really thank you for all that has replied

Elementor is a very big plugin that can turn a fairly lightweight CMS like WordPress into a resource and performance hog. That’s causing a lot of issues, especially for websites that don’t really need such a highly complex website builder.

“Gutenberg” isn’t another plugin, it’s just the editor that’s built into WordPress itself. WordPress has quite a few tools built in, which are usually quite stable and efficient. There is no need to install plugins for everything, and generally not using more plugins that you need to is better for security and performance.
