Do you guess that this is the reason or do you know that it is the reason?
If it’s a 24 hour suspension, then the limit you reached is likely affected by traffic, but there is no metric “traffic” that we measure and you can exceed. The actual limit you hit will be clearly shown and explained in the client area.
If it’s a “permanent” suspension, it could be anything.
You can order premium hosting right now, but that won’t immediately bring your website online. Your website will still need to be migrated to premium hosting. iFastNet can do that for you if you ask them to, but it’s a manual action for them, not something that happens immediately the moment you’ve placed the order.

I have Like 1000Page Views Daily to My Wesbite, Is that Okay for a Free Hosting or No?
It depends on how many files are needed to render year page. 1 HTML doc, 1 CSS doc, 2 JS scripts and 5 images triggers 9 hits per page load.
Also, are you factoring automated systems like bots and crawlers into that number? Because they affect the hit counter too.
