I’ve been working on my WordPress website over the past two days, but suddenly the site has changed completely into something unrelated to what I was building. Additionally, I’m now unable to access the wp-admin.

I’m not sure what caused this issue, but I would appreciate your help in restoring the website to its previous state before this change occurred.
