My website cant provide a "secure connection"

The URL of my Website is: hydr8.website
When I connect once to it everything works fine. But when I want to reload the page or close Chrome the Error: “This site can’t provide a secure connection
hydr8.website sent an invalid response.” appers. Does somebody knows why this happens?
