My subdomain is unable open. IT"S URGENT. Please resolve the problem

Website URL:

https://beup.synergize.co

Error Message showing:

Hmm. We’re having trouble finding that site.

We can’t connect to the server at beup.synergize.co.

If you entered the right address, you can:

Try again later
Check your network connection
Check that Firefox has permission to access the web (you might be connected but behind a firewall)

Works fine for me.
Try using a vpn, and turning off firewalls/anti virus/ad blocker if you have those.

Admin, then why am I getting this? Please resolve, and suggest me about how to check and resolve this problem, please.

Also https://beup.synergize.co/wp-admin/ is not opening and in Cnamerecords |CNAME

Record Destination Actions
_acme-challenge.beup.synergize.co. 1b05c7e5-f3e6-40fd-96a1-e18823015e4e.acmedns.infinityfree.net._SUSPENDED. this is showing.

yes, how to fix it?

looks to be pointing at the right name servers

If you use a VPN can you see the site? It sounds like your ISP or a firewall may be blocking you from accessing your site

I didn’t use vpn, the link is working till yesterday night, today when i trying to open the link, I se the problem. Please do the needful at an earlier. Please, it’s urgent.

Given that I (and others) can see your site, this would suggest that something on your end is blocking it.

It’s most likely that your ISP or firewall have updated and is now blocking it. This is not something we on the forum, or anyone at Infinity Free and IFastNet can do anything about. The only real way to get around that is to use a free VPN, like the one included with the Opera browser.

Or it is also possible that the DNS resolution in your area has dropped. Again the best fix for this would be a free VNP

ok, i will contact the ISP

There seem to be a lot of issues today with people unable to access their free subdomains.

However, to be clear there doesn’t appear to be any problem with our systems. Many people from all across the world are having issues, but many more do not have any issues. So there doesn’t appear to be any (partial) outage on our end.
