My SSL Certificate will not validate even though it is valid

My website URL is: https://joeyeamigh.com
What I’m seeing is: I have installed an SSL certificate into my website, but it’s says it’s invalid. On my computer, the certificate checks out for my browser, but on any other device, and an online SSL checker, it marks it as invalid. I got my certificate from SSL.com and then installed the Apache version of the certificate.
I’m using this software: I am using a web browser. Both Safari and Microsoft Edge says it’s invalid. I used SSL .com too.
**Additional information:**I don’t understand why it’s not working. I’ve installed multiple instances of the certificate using different versions. I read on the forum to use Apache. I probably am doing something obviously wrong but I can’t figure it out. Any help will be appreciated. Thank you!

SSL.com doesn’t support browsers without a certificate chain applied to it! Install another certificate like a Sectigo one instead!

Thank you
