My SSL certificate has take longer than 24 hours,is this normal?

Hello everyone,I have put my request for an ssl certificate,it has been saying pending for about 30 hours,not sure if thats normal or not,please help me

“Pending” means that you still have steps to do in the SSL certificate creation tool.

I read and did everything in order i belive,now it still says pending but I got this message:Your certificate has been requested and should be available shortly!
Do i need to do anything else?
