I’m experiencing an issue where all of my sites (including all fwh.is domains and any custom domains I have) are not loading. When I try to access them, I get the error:
“The connection has timed out”
This happened while I was testing one of my sites, and I confirmed that all my other sites on InfinityFree are also affected.
Could you please let me know if this is a server-wide outage or if there’s an issue with my account? My sites are important, and I’d like to know when they might be back online.
Can you please post the specific URLs of your site(s)? My site seems to work fine, so this obviously doesn’t affect InfinityFree’s entire infrastructure.
My first thought about a connection timeout issue is that there is a network level block between you and our servers. That’s not a problem with the server, or with the fwh.is domain.

Share the website URL, so we can check if the website is working from here?
Try accessing your website from a different device and network?
There is a website called browserling that can let you test your website on different browser, you can use that to see if your website actually down or not, on the same point, you can use check host to test your website code response (200 ok is likely to be your website still working)
You have to be active so they don’t shut down the site. If a person doesn’t log in to their account for a month Or he left the site sitting like this, it’s bothering his colleagues, and that’s why I’m blocking you for inactivity.And it depends on the traffic, there’s no violation.
