Yes, it appears that the account was suspended but the callback went missing somehow. I donāt know why. Iāve synchronized the status of the client area with the hosting platform, so now you can submit a ticket.
If anyone reading this has the same issue, you can fix it yourself by trying to change the hosting account password from the client area. It wonāt work because you canāt change the password of a suspended account, but the error will trigger a synchronization mechanism in the client area that will update the status.
