I have checked your hosting account, and there are a number of issues that each would make it impossible to do what you want:

  • Your hosting account if0_37991569 was indeed deleted back in March. As all the information surrounding deleted accounts should make abundantly clear: a deleted account is really deleted, and there is no way to recover the contents. So it’s no possible to migrate anything of that account anywhere, because everything on it is gone.
  • That account never hosted the domain name smartcupplus.infinityfreeapp.com. Someone else has that free subdomain and is using it for their website. The real domain that the hosting account used to have is what’s shown in the label.
  • Our free subdomains can only be hosted with us, and on iFastNet’s premium hosting. It’s not possible to host our free subdomains with other hosting providers.

Basically, the site that’s being hosted on your previous subdomain isn’t yours- it belongs to someone else now. Somebody else started using it after you deleted your hosting account. If you want to move to another host you can, but you can’t take your old site with you unless you have a backup of it. And it’ll have to have a new URL once you move.

If that’s your summary, then my message was really unclear.

You don’t own the website smartcupplus.infinityfreeapp.com, and never have.

You did own the website samual-smartcupplus.infinityfreeapp.com, but that account was deleted in March.

You cannot migrate websites that no longer exist, or you do not own in the first place.
