I am using the vPanel/cPanel password indicated in MySQL Databases. Please check/reset the MySQL credential synchronization for this hosting account.

If you believe the password is out of sync you can just use the reset password function in the Client Area (not the Control Panel) yourself. No need to ask “support” (given that everyone here is volunteer except Admin and cannot do things for you).

The error message most certainly means that you have entered a wrong password.
