I dont think having any “suspicious files”, maybe there is some kind of fix?
I cannot work on my website and I really need that page to be done soon.

Sometimes, when you upload a file, the upload is completed but the file is deleted immediately afterwards. This is usually caused by one of the following issues:
The file is not in a htdocs folder
All websites files must be uploaded to either the main htdocs folder, or to the domain specific htdocs folder (like example.com/htdocs).
You cannot upload files to other directories on your account. If you try to create or upload files anywhere else, they will be deleted automatically.
The file type…
The automatic scanner might be flagging your website by mistake. I’m not sure if there is a workaround. Have you already gotten suspended and asked why your website gets flagged in a support ticket?
Sometimes, an account may be suspended seemingly out of the blue, with a vague description like “abuse”. If you believe your account did not violate any rule, this lack of a good description may be mistaken for being suspended for no reason.
However, this is simply not true. To state very clearly:
INFINITYFREE DOES NEVER, HAS NEVER AND WILL NEVER SUSPEND ANY ACCOUNT AT ANY TIME WITHOUT PROBABLE REASON.

How large is the index file?
If it is more than 1MB, splitting into smaller files will be your fix
