I sincerely apologize if my website exceeded the allowed limits. I was not aware that the traffic had become so high.
I kindly request that you please review my account and consider reactivating it, even if only temporarily. I am willing to take the necessary steps to reduce traffic, optimize the website, and comply with your hosting policies to prevent this from happening again.
If reactivation is not possible, I would greatly appreciate it if you could provide a full backup of my website files and database so that I can migrate my website to another hosting provider.

@Admin My InfinityFree hosting account was suspended due to high traffic. Support provided download links for my database backups and my website files.
I successfully downloaded all the SQL database backups, but I’m unable to download the website files archive.
Has anyone experienced this before? Is there a way to regenerate the website backup or obtain a new download link?
I would appreciate any advice or assistance, as I need the website files to migrate my site to another hosting provider.
If you were able to raise a support ticket that suspension is outside of even admins hands. You’ll need to go back to the support ticket and request a new download link to get your website files.
