hello, my website has been crashing every 5-6 minutes for about 1 month. I don’t get any error warning because the site is shutting down directly. I don’t even have access to the panel, so I can’t update. Since my site is a forum site, the crashes are getting very annoying.

I can’t even access my server files with filezilla right now, I’m thinking of switching to another hosting service, but I can’t make a backup of my site.
As soon as the server your on has finished migrated to the faster servers, you will be able to get your files back.

How long will this problem continue?
No one knows, the next two servers migration status is planned.

The migration of your hosting volume has started earlier today. We don’t know how long it will take, but it’s safe to assume it will be around a week. Until then, you won’t be able to access your files.
So please bear with us for now. When this is all done, you’ll have your website back and faster than before!
