iam going to start a new phpbb fourm website for discussion topic’s like
technology
websites
softwares
hosting
games
ebooks
gossips
nature
glamour pics
etc…etc
i dissabled the attachments system
so if a person want to add a picture or video they must use BBCODE
HERE IS MY PROBLEM:
can my user’s or members use
1.embedded youtube videos
2.pictures **[including adult] **from another image hosting sites they like.
3.can use mediafire,google drive,dropbox, etc links to download.
because they already hosted in another websites.
user’s only post links.
Users can embed YouTube videos. Adult content is not allowed.

As for question #3, it’s OK as long as the shared files do not violate any laws.
