Error Message
Nothing is showing up in my file manager. I need access to my website files o fix WordPress plugin problems.
Other Information
I am unable to add plugins.
I’d suggest filezilla.
Its more reliable than the online file manager.

I think that you’re having this issue due to a side effect of the ongoing control panel outage. I actually just wrote about that in the announcement topic:
To fix it, simply login to the control panel once. That will enable FTP access for your account and should allow the file manager to work.
