My domain is not within the panel to change DNS

I already have the domain horstefeitosa.adv.br and I want to host a website here at infitityfree with this existing domain. I have this domain in the following DNS: dns1.hostgator.com.br and dns2.hostgator.com.br. When trying to use it here at infinityfree the following error appears: “Your domain is not yet pointing to our nameservers ns1.infinityfree.com and ns2.infinityfree.com. Please change your nameservers at your domain name provider and wait a few hours for the changes to take effect.” However, when contacting HostGator, they informed me that my national domain “.br” must be within the panel to be able to change the DNS, then they suggested that I contact you to solve the problem.
