My custom domain cannot be added to my hosting account

Hello, I am trying to use my domain jelonekart.pl with my hosting account. The website is already hosted on my InfinityFree account under the domain jelonekart.xo.je, but I cannot add jelonekart.pl because InfinityFree says that the custom domain is already in use. I did not create the original website/account myself, so I do not know which account currently has the domain attached. Could you please help me remove the domain from the old account or attach it to my current hosting account? Thank you.

I’m sorry for the delay in responding to your request.

The reason I didn’t respond before is because I was actually finishing up a self-service system to request the release of your domain from an account that you do not have access to.
