My accounts are not showing up

My accounts don’t appear even though they are still active, meaning they haven’t been blocked or deactivated, and the domains are still active. However, when I log in to InfinityFree, it says I haven’t created any accounts and that I have 3 active, completely free accounts. In other words, the accounts are active, but I can’t edit the websites, and they don’t show up in my InfinityFree account.

I hope you can help me.

I think something may have gotten lost in translation, as this description of your issue seems to contradict itself. Can you please share with us the domain names of the affected websites you can’t edit? And can you please share a screenshot of what your InfinityFree client area looks like? (Censoring out any email addresses or other personal information on screen of course)

It sounds to me like you may have accidentally set up 2 separate infinity free accounts, creates the sites on one, and now are logging into the other

Accounts that are “blocked” (suspended) or deactivated will show up in your active accounts list. And deleted accounts will show up in the Deleted Accounts list. They will never disappear.

But any websites on a suspended or deactivated account will not work, so if the website is still available, that means the account hosting is it is active.

So I agree with @dan3008: the websites are probably linked to a different client area profile than the one you are logged in to, which is why you cannot see it.

I would have loved to check this for you, but since you didn’t give me anything to check, I cannot help you. Would you mind sharing account usernames, domain names or anything else I might be able to use to see where the account is hosted?

(InfinityFree won’t let me add more links, but there are three domains).

The problem is that they work, but I can’t edit them or back up the code and databases. This is definitely the email address where I had those domains.

Firstly, this is an english speaking forum, so please translate future posts.

I’m not unhiding this thread for your protection because you have provided your phone number. This is a public forum, please don’t share personal info like your phone number.

Now for your actual problem.
It sounds like you may have 2 InfinityFree accounts one with your hosting accounts on, and one without. If this is the case, its likely you are simply logging into the wrong account

Also, looks like you’ve asked this before:

Asking the same question again (but this time in Spanish) wont get you any different answers

I have merged your topic.

I have looked up the domain name you shared and I can now safely confirm that the suspicion that @dan3008 and I had was correct: your accounts are linked to a different email address.

It seems that you signed up before in October using one email address, where you created those three accounts. Then you signed up again in early December using a different email address. But since that’s a different profile with a different email address, you don’t see your accounts there.

Can you please have a look and see if there are any other email addresses you may have used to sign up as well?

Pro tip: on the password reset form of the client area, you can request a password reset using your domain name as well. It won’t disclose the email address used, but it will send a password reset email to it, so then you can just check your different email accounts and see if they have the reset link in the inbox.

But I have emails in this account that verify that I opened the domains there, which are still working, by the way. So I can’t explain why they don’t appear when I log in to InfinityFree, but at the same time they’re still working. I don’t know if there’s any way to find out, even just which exact email address they’re in, because I’ve checked them all and they’re not in any of them. It’s like someone stole them.

quickest way to work it out is to do a password reset using the domain, that’ll then send an email to the correct email account and let you reset the password

But they don’t arrive in any email, I put the domain and nothing arrives in any email

This is an English forum please translate your posts in the future.

If the emails arriving, that means the domain isn’t linked to the email address you think it is and you’re not checking the right inbox.

Also, check you’re junk/spam folder

I checked the accounts in more detail and I can see the confusion.

It looks like the accounts may have been created using the same email address as you are using now. If so, the email address of the client area profile was changed after the accounts were setup.

That’s why you still have the emails in this mailbox, it used to be the associated email address.

Do you recall changing the email address? And do you remember perhaps which email address you changed it to?
