I had a lot of traffin on a free plan and my account was suspended, I bought a premium domain and hosting from IFastnet, so can I have my account reactivated? I need the files stored in it.

You should have upgraded from vPanel if you wanted that site to be hosted there.
But i think you can open a ticket with iFastNet and request them to transfer your site from free hosting to premium hosting.

No what I mean is that I had a free domain and hosting on infinityfree.net, and my account got suspened here, and I clicked on the upper right blue button that says go premium and I bought a site and hosting, I thought that what they meant.

Yes, if you bought then your site would have migrated to premium hosting and you might have to change your domain NS to them.
If it’s not migrated then you can contact iFastNet Support and they will help you.

Now, your site is on iFastNet premium servers and you can manage it from there.

Erm, maybe not maybe yes. Most likely it will ‘appear’ to be down due to dns propogation.
