my account is suspended… i have raised ticket also but not resolved… please reactivate my account otherwise backup my file

Unfortunately, we are unable to manage your suspended account on this forum. Please wait for a reply from the Support Ticket system.
If you need a backup, you can also ask for that in the Support Ticket system. We don’t do backups on this forum either.

There is no response from support team, i have learned bad experience from infinityfree
Unfortunately the support service is provided by IFastNet, not Infinity Free.
Is your ticket with them still open? if so, if its been a few days, you may want to bump the ticket, it might have gotten missed.
If they’ve closed it, and not answered, its possible that they aren’t going to answer. In some cases where there have been serious TOS violations (such as sites involving piracy or pornography) then they may not respond.
IF you believe that they’ve closed your ticket in error, you can open a new ticket to request a response and a backup of your site.

worst support service, above two days continuously trying to reach no one response.. is there any other way to retrieve my files.. please help
If support has determined that your website is so abusive that they don’t want to response, it means that they will not reactivate your account or provide you with a backup. If so, you can consider the contents lost.
Don’t forget phishing. Very common abuse that often gets the cold shoulder.
