I think the cause is your website was trying to access the database, which was down. Your website tried multiple times, and it consumes a lot of MySQL data. Thus, your account got suspended because of MySQL overloading.
I’m currently experiencing similar issue, but in my case it’s I/O (disk) usage overloading.
