If you are using the domain with another MOFH reseller (Majority of free hosting providers), then you will not be able to use the domain untill it is officially deleted.
If you are moving to a different host altogether (A paid one), just change your nameservers and wait 72 hours for DNS propagation.
Why was your account deactivated? Can you reactivate it? If you can, just enter the control panel and delete the domain. Note that if you are moving to a different free host, the experience will be the same since the exact same system will be used.
I checked your account and see you deactivated it yourself.
When you clicked the deactivation button, you were presented with a warning saying that the domains on the account would be locked there and could not be used on any other account. Seeing how the domains are still there and the account is deactivated, it means you proceeded with the deactivation anyways.
And guess what: your domains are locked to the account now.
Fixing this is simple: just reactivate the account, go into the control panel and delete the domains from there. You can then immediately use the domains with other providers on the same platform. You can even deactivate the account again, if you want.
And next time, if you get presented with a red danger popup, please carefully read it so you know the consequences of your actions.
